Reversed the order of my vocal chain to preamp >> compressor >> EQ. Makes a big
difference.  But now I seem to have introduced a ground loop somewhere in my
system so now there's a lot of background noise in the recordings.  I am just
powering through until we deal with power down the line. 

I could sure use a click track.
